Peer Nomination Form

The Gathering of Leaders is an organization that is comprised of peer-nominated individuals. Any participant may nominate someone to GOL if they feel that person would be an asset to our participant members and would also benefit from attending a Gathering.

Once a person is nominated, a member of the Gathering of Leaders Board of Directors personally reaches out to the nominee’s bishop/rector for a conversation. Upon acceptance to Gathering of Leaders, a formal invitation to participate will be sent by our Executive Director.

We would like for you to document, as best you can, your nominee’s demonstrated proven leadership, and/or what creative work they might be doing whether or not they are in charge of a congregation. Keep in mind our Gathering of Leaders’ selection criteria for nominees:

Criteria: Episcopal leaders of proven ability who will continue to grow in leadership, centering on our core values, including diversity.
