October 2023 Enews – With Open Arms
It is with great joy that Gathering of Leaders is moving to an open inquiry process through which creative, faithful, and hope-filled Episcopal leaders can request to join the network! Relationships, peer-learning, and diversity of thought are key to the GOL experience and this shift will serve to broaden the voices connected to the network.
With the addition of our Lay Leader and Bivocational networks, and in furtherance of our ongoing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, the GOL Board of Directors is excited to open the network to interested individuals who seek to engage in peer-learning towards mission and evangelism. Our original peer-nomination system served well in the early, grass-roots stages of our network, and we expect the openness of this new inquiry process to strengthen our network as we grow and the church we serve changes.

- Learn more about GOL and how we connect hope-filled leaders.
- Discern if you want to enter relationship with GOL.
- Complete the new Inquiry Form which goes for peer-approval.
- Wait for your formal invitation!
If you are currently a GOL Participant, we ask that you forward this message to the creative, faithful, and hope-filled leaders you know and encourage them to consider GOL. GOL Continues to grow and impact the church through joy-filled relationships and we continue to be blessed with this call to ministry.
